PANASONIC FACTORY
The project of maintaining and repairing the cooling tower system and AHU (Air Handling Unit) at the Panasonic factory in Thang Long Industrial Park, Hanoi, marks an important milestone in our efforts to enhance operational efficiency, optimize production processes, and ensure a conducive working environment for the employees.
We began the project with a thorough survey of the system’s current condition. FANSIPAN GROUP’s professional technical team carefully analyzed the factors affecting the performance of the cooling tower and AHU, identifying the areas that needed maintenance and repair, and implementing the most effective solutions.
Maintenance and Repair of the Cooling Tower System
FANSIPAN carried out a comprehensive inspection, maintenance, and repair of the entire cooling tower system at the factory to improve heat exchange and cooling performance. The cooling tower system plays a vital role in temperature regulation and protecting industrial equipment from overheating. The maintenance process included cleaning clogged components, replacing damaged parts, and adjusting the system for optimal performance. FANSIPAN employed advanced technologies and effective maintenance methods, ensuring the cooling tower operated stably and sustainably, contributing to energy savings and minimizing the risk of damage.
Repair of the AHU System
As the AHU system is crucial for providing clean air and air conditioning throughout the factory, FANSIPAN conducted maintenance, repairs, and optimization of its components. Replacing air filters, cleaning ducts, and checking control devices helped improve air quality in the factory, save energy, and protect the health of the workers. FANSIPAN’s engineers repaired damaged components and maintained equipment to ensure the AHU system operated at its highest efficiency.
