NA DUONG THERMAL POWER PLANT
NA DUONG THERMAL POWER PLANT
The project of supplying and installing fan blades for the Na Duong Thermal Power Plant in Lang Son is one of FANSIPAN GROUP’s strategic efforts to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the power system in the context of increasing energy demand. This is not only a technical project but also demonstrates our commitment to the development of sustainable energy infrastructure in Vietnam.
Starting with necessity and vision
Na Duong Thermal Power Plant plays a crucial role in providing electricity to the northern region. With the growing demand for electricity production, upgrading the fan blade system is necessary to ensure optimal performance and enhance safety for the entire facility. FANSIPAN GROUP established close collaboration with the engineers of the plant, understanding the technical requirements and stringent criteria for the project.
Modern design and delicate installation
The selection of the appropriate fan blades was based not only on technical requirements but also on long-term operational conditions. With the combination of advanced technology and high-quality materials, the fan blades were designed to optimize airflow and enhance the cooling efficiency for the plant’s equipment:
- Advanced fan blades: With an aerodynamically optimized design, the fan blades not only improve heat dissipation but also reduce noise and vibration during operation.
- Heat-resistant and durable materials: The fan blades are made from alloys that ensure high durability, corrosion resistance, and the ability to withstand the harsh working conditions at the plant.
Professional and safe installation process
FANSIPAN GROUP’s technical team carried out the installation professionally, strictly adhering to labor safety regulations. Every step of the installation process was closely monitored to minimize risks and ensure that each component was assembled accurately:
- Preparation of installation foundation: To ensure no disruption to the plant’s operations during the construction process, we developed a well-planned construction schedule to minimize downtime.
- Quality control and assurance: Each fan blade was thoroughly inspected before installation, with stringent testing steps to ensure uniformity and performance of each part.
Handover and post-installation support
After completing the installation, FANSIPAN GROUP conducted final tests to ensure everything was running smoothly before handing over to the plant. We organized training sessions for the plant staff on how to operate and maintain the fan system, ensuring they can efficiently run and troubleshoot the system.
A step forward toward sustainable energy futures
The installation of the fan blades at Na Duong Thermal Power Plant is not only a technical achievement but also reflects FANSIPAN GROUP’s long-term mission to provide sustainable energy solutions, contributing to economic development and environmental protection.
We are proud that our collaboration with the plant has created tangible value, not only for the customer but also for the entire community. Thanks to our continuous efforts and innovative spirit, FANSIPAN GROUP continues to affirm its position in the energy solutions sector, working towards a sustainable and progressive future.
